Yodith has worked closely with the international community on social issues, gaining firsthand insight into the systemic barriers that hinder economic progress. She fervently believes in the necessity for Africans to own their resources and build generational wealth, escaping the cycle of poverty and dependency on external assistance.

Certified in Mental Health First Aid, Dawie deeply understands the emotional and psychological challenges African diaspora entrepreneurs face. He recognizes the stress, anxiety, and frustration of transitioning from survival jobs to pursuing the dream of starting a business in their motherland. Entrepreneurship, with its inevitable highs and lows, adds further pressures. Dawie’s insight into these experiences allows him to provide solutions that address both the strategic and emotional realities of business ownership. His leadership fosters a supportive environment, aligning with Supi Consulting’s mission to empower sustainable growth and community well-being.
As the former Country Manager for the largest private hospital in Juba, South Sudan, Dawie successfully revitalized the struggling institution and demonstrated his strategic capacity by enhancing operational efficiency and team motivation. His leadership secured key partnerships with NGOs, embassies, and corporations, transforming the hospital into a trusted provider in Juba. With deep experience in revitalizing organizations, Dawie is uniquely equipped to coach African diaspora business owners through Supi Consulting.

Lyza is a dynamic and growth-focused professional from South Africa with a wealth of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, making her an essential part of Supi Consulting as our Marketing Director. Her background in revitalizing organizations, coupled with her marketing expertise, uniquely positions her to drive Supi Consulting’s outreach and brand strategy.
Since March 2021, Lyza has been instrumental in the transformation of the largest private hospital in Juba, South Sudan, where she took decisive actions to overhaul the hospital’s operations and marketing efforts. Faced with declining patient numbers and a struggling organization, she leveraged her strategic marketing skills to rebuild the hospital’s brand and expand its service offerings. Through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships, she significantly boosted patient numbers and helped the hospital achieve notable growth, leading to the relocation to a larger facility within two years.
