Supi Consulting is a Pan-African advisory firm based in Mauritius, at the heart of Africa’s economic awakening. We believe Africans have the sovereign right to build with their own resources, and that economic prosperity is the foundation of real freedom and self-determination.
Our Story
From inside Western finance, back home to build.
Supi Consulting was founded in Switzerland in 2017, coaching and supporting entrepreneurs. Through that work one gap became impossible to ignore: people of African descent had the will to reinvest in their continent, but rarely the information, the local knowledge, or the trusted guidance to do it safely.
So we specialised. We moved to Africa, made Mauritius our base, and turned our full attention to one thing: helping our people invest and build on the continent with strategy, protection, and someone beside them who has already done the work.

The Founder
Yodith Gideon
Yodith spent close to 26 years inside the Western financial world. She holds an MBA from the European University in Geneva and built a career across business and finance in Switzerland, one of the wealth capitals of the world.
Then she made a decision: to return to her continent, not to observe it from the outside, but to build. She founded Supi Consulting and Neo Panthers to put everything she learned inside global finance at the service of one goal, helping people of African descent invest in Africa safely and strategically.
The conviction that people of African descent have the right to build and prosper on their own terms runs through everything Supi Consulting does.
